What you need to know
After running since 2020, in Summer 2026, we have revised and refreshed the scorecard questionnaire, drawing from the results of over 700 completions across 40+ countries.
The new Scorecard is in HiMap, our new Accessibility Maturity Platform. It still covers the same areas you rely on: motivation and buy-in, responsibility, capability, support, policies and practice, governance, product development, return on investment, and continuous improvement.
You will answer a clear set of questions and receive a detailed score breakdown showing where your organisation is today and the steps to take next.
